Each Crackle vase is a unique, hand-made piece. The slated polish of the mouth creates a fascinating view inside the vase: the outer surface reflects on the inside, creating new dimensions. There is an illusion of two vases, one inside another, with the thick clear glass wall being empty space.
The height of the vase is approximately 15 cm (6 inches). Crackle vases are designed and manufactured by glass artist, master glass-blower Kari Alakoski.
Crackle vase is also available as a smaller candleholder version, where the flame of the candle projects the colors and patterns of the Crackle design all around it.
